The first elections of academy members are planned to be held in 2026. At the initial stage, the election of three full members and five corresponding members is provided.

Academy members will be provided with financial and social benefits. Full members will receive a monthly fee at the level of academicians of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, and corresponding members will receive payments in the amount of 2.81 times the minimum wage. For both categories, benefits for medical care and sanatorium treatment are also maintained.
