Regional export headquarters created
A resolution of the President of Uzbekistan “On measures to realize the export potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2021” was adopted.
According to the resolution, permanent regional export headquarters will be created with their location in the territorial divisions of the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade.
From 1 February 2021, pre-export financing will be allocated for exporting organizations.
From 1 April 2021, 50 percent of the expenses of domestic exporting organizations abroad related to the opening and maintenance of trading houses, renting office, retail and warehouse premises, as well as organizing advertising campaigns are compensated by means of the Export Promotion Agency.
