Crushing and sorting equipment plant "Tula Machines" opened a representative office in Uzbekistan

In Uzbekistan, the Tula Machines plant opened its representative office, which will provide local companies with high-quality crushing equipment and engineering support.

In 2024, the Tula Machines crushing and sorting equipment plant opened its representative office in Uzbekistan. The company specializes in the design and manufacture of crushing and sorting complexes, as well as furnaces, dryers and mixers at the individual request of its customers.

For many years, the Tula Machines plant has been employing design engineers who not only improve and develop equipment, but also solve individual problems of customers. The design bureau, together with customers, develops technical specifications for the design of individual equipment. The design bureau also develops:
design documentation;
performs work on author's supervision;
optimizes engineering solutions;
participates in solving non-standard problems of adjustment, testing and implementation of new design features in the product.
Thanks to the work of the design bureau, the company can significantly improve the performance characteristics of the equipment, increasing its profitability and economic attractiveness for the client. And also introduce new technical and technological solutions that increase the range of manufactured products and improve their quality, in previously created and newly implemented complexes.

One of such projects in 2018 was the creation of a furnace for roasting sulfate ores with difficult-to-enrich gold. Gold mining companies have long faced the problem of low gold recovery from refractory sulfate ores, while this type of ore is very common and is present in almost every deposit of gold-bearing ores in greater or lesser volumes.

In the case of conventional oxidizing ore, to extract gold, it is enough to carry out special treatment of the ore with quite accessible chemical reagents, with which gold atoms form soluble complexes. The gold-containing solution is fed to the gold-extracting plant, where the gold is converted into metal.

In refractory sulphide ores, the percentage of gold recovery using this technology is very low — from 20 to 30 percent of the total gold content. To increase the yield of gold into metal in this case, artificial oxidation of sulphides is used with the help of special lithotrophic bacteria or thermally at temperatures of 500-700 degrees. The main feature of thermal treatment of ore is very precise observance of the roasting modes. If the temperature or roasting time is exceeded, the raw material can vitrify and it will no longer be possible to obtain gold, and in case of minor shortfalls in time or temperature, the recovery of the valuable product drops many times and can be 30-40 percent.

In the case of using the technology developed by the designers of the Tula Machines company, the gold recovery reaches 95 percent and higher. This is possible due to the use of a special distribution of the coolant movement inside the furnace, which ensures the necessary temperature regime along the length of the furnace. To ensure such high indicators, a whole range of innovative solutions is used. The furnace body is equipped with special plates and blades of a special configuration inside, providing suspension of the product in the required areas. The feed unit allows for fine adjustment and careful selection of feed modes. The heat generator, equipped with advanced automation, provides the specified temperature regime with high accuracy. In addition, special attention is paid to heat recovery and reduction of energy costs. And the complex dust collection and aspiration system allows protecting the ecology of the planet. The Tula Machines company took responsibility for the development and implementation of this project, despite the fact that the complex was built in the harsh climatic conditions of the north and the facility was delivered on time.

More than 30 percent of the projects from the developments of the Tula Machines company are crushing and sorting complexes. The flagship model in them is the jaw crusher of the M series, which was invented by the company's designers. It is distinguished by its compact size and high productivity. Its body is made of high-strength metal alloy, and consumables are manufactured at the Tula Machines crushing equipment plant. Easy to explain, durable, technological, multifunctional crusher of the M series has won the love of customers and is often used in complexes.

Each crushing and sorting complex is assembled by specialists from the service department of the Tula Machines company, which guarantees precise adjustment and stability of operation, they also train customers' employees to work on the equipment and support the facility for a year after launch.

Currently, Tula Machines is an engineering company with its own production, with more than 200 employees and 4,500 successfully implemented projects in the mining, chemical, construction and other industries around the world.

The Tula Machines company is a guarantee of high quality at an affordable price, now in Uzbekistan.
